Our Process

Using an approach centered on connectedness is a way of being strategic, managing teams, and being predictive. Our process is to take a systemic approach to problem-solving and change management, bringing the essence of an organization's needs and desires to the surface, along with its influences and complexities, and aligning solutions efficiently toward the enterprise’s goals and culture. The Woods Hole Institute offers these services to a broad range of academic, government and corporate entities, which support the health and sustainability of the Woods Hole Institute and allows us to broaden participation in equitable and inclusive ways.

We can provide you with expertise in the following areas:

We can help you with visioning, establishing or revising your institutional goals and directions and fostering institutional alignment.

  • Develop and plan broadening participation initiatives, including outreach and education programs for grant proposals to government and private sector funders.

  • Organize and facilitate think tanks, salons, conferences, workshops, and retreats.

  • Organize music and artistic performances, exhibitions, fundraisers, festivals and events.

  • Develop and cultivate support of networks of science and education practice.

  • Grant proposal writing for your next scientific or educational endeavor.
